• Quit Smoking and Overcome Anxiety

    Did you know that smoking increases anxiety and feelings of tension? If you smoke, you are at a higher risk of developing depression or anxiety. Rather than helping you to relax, cigarettes actually make you more nervous and unhappy. In fact, if you quit smoking, you will experience a big improvement in your sense of well-being.
